Science
Welcome to Science at Bailey’s Upper! This fall all students will participate in an experiment to determine which temperature, lighting, and seed depth will grow the best plants. Several hydroponic garden systems will be stationed around our school. In addition, the Science Lab will house a worm composting machine and the compost will be used to fertilize our vegetables. Some classes will be tracking and monitoring weather every day all year. Other classes will place and maintain a birdfeeder in our school yard. This will give students the chance to observe and track different characteristics of various birds. Stay Tuned! More exciting science updates are on the way.
